Policy

24 Hour cancellation policy, missed appointments without notice will be subject to a fee based upon appointment time slot reserved.

Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to appointment to allow for introduction, assessment and/or necessary paperwork.

Client cannot be under the influence of any alcohol or recreational drugs.

Client must keep therapist updated with health history.

Inappropriate behavior such as sexual innuendos is not tolerated and will result in immediate termination of service.
